Services provided by Zongohost.com are governed by the following agreements:

ZongoHost may randomly monitor telephone conversations, chat and support tickets in order to improve the professionalism of our staff.
ZongoHost will respond, with reasonable efforts, to subpoenas and other legal process served upon the corporation. Third parties may serve process on ZongoHost at the following location:

ZongoHost will assess each request based upon the relevant law and facts. ZongoHost may charge an administrative fee to cover fees and costs incurred as a result of responding to such requests. ZongoHost may require the requesting party to pay an applicable hourly fee for requests that require significant engineering or technical support. ZongoHost may also charge additional costs for requests that require significant photocopying, third party charges, or other expenses incurred as a result of the request.
ZongoHost reserves its rights under applicable law in connection with its receipt, evaluation, and any response to any third party requests or legal process.
